OUR SHIPPING POLICY

How It Works

All items are shipped with USPS by Priority Mail. Delivery is free for Orders over $50. Shipping Fee will be based on location as orders are shipped from Jonesboro, AR. Customers within the area are allowed to select Physical Pickup. Most orders are Ready in 3-5 Business Days. Please wait for notification before picking up your order. Your order confirmation and ID will be needed for pickup.

OUR RETURN POLICY

Everything You Need to Know

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

OUR REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

How It Works

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 2 to 3 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear on your credit/debit card statement, depending on your credit card company or bank. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
